Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Orie. This policy explains how and when your order will ship.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum. Expedited shipping, where available, is shown with its price at checkout.

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Standard delivery usually takes 7 to 12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods such as holidays.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check the status of any order at any time on our Track Your Order page.

Multiple items
If you order more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will receive tracking for each shipment.

Address changes and cancellations
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change your address or cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot change the address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund. If your package arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
